FAQ

COMPLETE UNITS

Lead times depend on specifications and current production capacity, but typical lead times for standard products are:

  1. Goods Hoists: 6–8 weeks
  2. Dumbwaiters: 6–8 weeks
  3. Standard Goods Hoist Entrances: 2–3 weeks, with approximately one additional week where electroplating or galvanising is required

For non-standard or urgent requirements, please contact Wesant for a project-specific lead time. Lead time starts once specifications and signed drawings are confirmed and the required payment has been received.

Depending on the shaft layout and the regulations in your region, a MRL or Motor Room Adjacent unit may work for you. Please Contact Wesant for more information on low headroom units and for a solution to your shaft’s specifications.

For all new customers, transport will be arranged by the customer and Wesant will assist with all necessary information such as crating size and weight. Once a relationship has been formed, the terms of transport can be renegotiated if required.
