What is the lead time for your Units?

In general, the lead times for our standard units are as follows:

  1. Goods Hoists: 6 – 8 weeks
  2. Platform Lifts: 6 – 8 weeks (Manual Swing doors), 12-16 weeks (Auto Sliding Doors)
  3. Passenger Lifts: 6 – 8 weeks if standard, otherwise 16-18 weeks
  4. Dumbwaiters: 6 – 8 weeks
  5. Landings: 2 – 3 weeks (with an additional week if electroplating or galvanizing is required)

For any non-standard units or if the unit is critically urgent, please Contact Wesant for the best possible lead time for your project.

Please note that the lead time starts after confirmation of specifications (signed drawings) and receipt of payment.

What other options do I have if I don’t have enough space for a motor room?

Depending on the shaft layout and the regulations in your region, a MRL or Motor Room Adjacent unit may work for you. Please Contact Wesant for more information on low headroom units and for a solution to your shaft’s specifications.

How will transport take place?

For all new customers, transport will be arranged by the customer and Wesant will assist with all necessary information such as crating size and weight. Once a relationship has been formed, the terms of transport can be renegotiated if required.

How do I buy items in the store?

Please note that only certain items will be available for E-purchase, as many items are customized to suit the needs of the customer.
